Crew Creation

So you want to create a crew? Pirates have no real hierarchy short of the Yonkou and Shichibukai, so pirates may captain a crew at rank E. Marines, on the other hand, must be promoted to Captain first. [For more information on Marine Rankings, see here]

Once your crew has been approved pick one of the according forums; Marine Crews, Pirate Crews, and Other Crews. The purpose of these sub-forums are for recruiting. If you recruit in any other forum other than the specified three, your crew will be denied. Use the below template for recruiting:
